I began working with Halley two years ago and I can say whole heartedly that working with her has changed my life. From the view of a client, it is always difficult to find a balance between an instructor’s agenda and the way you personally feel that day. Speaking to this, Halley’s professionalism is incomparable. She listens to the client with open ears and formulates a well-thought plan to help with an issue, while at the same time is able to push you forward. These are 3 amazing qualities in an instructor, which show her extensive knowledge in the field but also her attentiveness and skill. But one of the most unique qualities about working with Halley is her ability to give me strength (not only physically), but her positive energy and empowering attitude has changed the way I approach my physical limitations and daily life. Over the last 15 years, I have seen numerous individuals in the “health professional world” and Halley was the first person who saw my issues (chronic pain, scoliosis/spinal fusion, ankylosing spondylitis, chronic muscle spasms, etc) for what they were. Rather than being overwhelmed with a case that complex, as most are, she really took the time to think through how to help me personally. As I first said, she changed my life. I would not be in the wildly improved physical state that I currently live in without her.

Halley has changed my life- truly. I had a debilitating back injury last year (slipped disc- L5/S1) and despite greater self care and self awareness, I was unable to fully shake pain. She really understands the human body and was able to get me to connect to my core in a way that I have never experienced before. Her visual and verbal cues and attention to detail are second to absolutely none. It's also really easy to connect with her on a personal level, which is huge when you're letting someone into your home. My only regret is that I wish I could work with her daily! Highly, highly recommend.

Working with Halley after my knee surgery has helped me continue where physical therapy ended. I continue strengthening my knee while improving my overall alignment and motor function, so that my knee works better than before.
