At this time, I am providing telehealth only psychotherapy with Anne Wennerstrand Integrated Psychotherapy.

I believe in the power of therapy and its potential for individual and collective healing. I recognize the complex social context in which we are all living, and the opportunity for therapy to provide support as we move through these times together.

I bring a wealth of skills garnered over seventeen years working professionally in the fields of mindful movement and the performing arts. These skills include helping clients find mind-body self-regulation through breathwork, body awareness practices and meditation. In teaching therapeutic Pilates, I became interested in the way clients’ emotional lives inhabit their physical bodies, and the interconnection between body and mind.

Pursing a lifelong interest in becoming a therapist, I recently completed my Master of Social Work at Hunter College. I am invested in practicing from anti-oppressive, anti-racist, LGBTQIA+ affirming, and trauma-informed perspectives. My work draws from Psychodynamic traditions and Polyvagal Theory, and applies techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy.

I am accepting new clients remotely. To get started, please reach out to me at halley.cianfarini.lmsw@gmail.com. I offer a free, 15 minute consultation to discuss whether we would be a good fit.
